Terms and Conditions
- Open all year round.
- Tariff includes colour television, video, all bed linen and
parking.
- We do not supply towels but they are available at an extra
charge if required.
- A 24-hour laundry service is also available at an additional
charge.
- Electric supply is by coin slot meter.
- Deposit of £50 per week is required with booking.
- If paying by cheque, payable to Mr & Mrs S. Holgate then
this must be received before arrival however cash or card
payments can be made upon arrival. All prices include V.A.T.
- We regret we are unable to accept dogs or other pets.
- We would advise you that we are now a non-smoking
establishment.
- We have a no smoking policy within the building.
- Only the persons listed on the booking forms may use the
flats.
- The person making the booking must be 21 years of age or
over. In the event of cancellation, the hirer will be held
responsible for the full amount of booking unless the flat is
re-let.
- The deposit is not refundable.
- We advise guests to take out holiday insurance, forms are
available if required.
- The flats will be available from 3pm, if you intend to arrive
late then we would appreciate notification of your estimated time
of arrival.
- Flats must be vacated by 10am.
- We can only guarantee one parking space per flat. Additional
cars accepted if space available.
- In the interest of others, please ensure there is no
unreasonable noise at any time and in particular between the
hours of 11pm and 8am.
- The hirer will be held responsible for the contents of the
flat in his/her possession. Any breakage, loss or damage to the
flat or premises,fixtures or contents must be paid for.
- If necessary, we reserve the right to alter your flat booking
into another flat of same value and size.
- No furniture, bedding or equipment may be taken outside the
accommodation.
- Balconies must not be used for the drying of towels etc.
There is a drying space available in the back garden.
- Beach/garden chairs, dinghies, lilos must not be taken into
the flats.
- The proprietors shall not be liable for personal injury or
loss or damage to property however incurred.
